In 1993, following a successful career in education administration and management, Dr. Dragan founded Education Management Consulting, LLC in response to an increasing number of requests from attorneys and school administrators for consultation, case review, policy review and presentations.

Education Management Consulting Team

Located in Lambertville, New Jersey, the firm currently employs a paralegal and an office manager in addition to its principal consultant. Additional contracted professionals are engaged when warranted by the unique circumstances of some consultations.

A Note From Dr. Dragan

I am committed to providing individualized service to my clients while dealing with large and complex consultations quickly and professionally whether it involves expert testimony, school reviews, or working with parents or schools to ensure that child receives the appropriate education. I take pride in the fact that I respond to my client's needs personally and promptly. At Education Management Consulting, LLC, we strive to combine the resources of a large firm with the personal consultant and client rapport of a small practice.

Brief Biography

Dr. Edward Dragan Dr. Dragan is a legal education expert and founder of Education Management Consulting, LLC. He earned a doctoral degree in Education Administration and Supervision from Rutgers University, a master’s degree in Special Education from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in Education Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center.

Dr. Dragan is often called upon by attorneys from around the country to provide consultation on complicated and often high-profile cases involving schools including student injury, sexual harassment, bullying and other issues. With more than 30 years experience in education administration, Dr. Dragan is court-qualified as an expert witness in standards of professional care in education administration, school safety, student supervision, special education and other related areas.

Dr. Dragan has presented at more than eighty events nationally and internationally, including the Middle East, the Czech Republic and Costa Rica. He has been a guest on numerous TV and radio programs including Court TV, The Montel Williams Show, The Fox Morning Show, CN8 TV and other national and regional shows.

Dr. Dragan has authored more than thirty-five articles on education, harassment in school, student safety, special education and other topics. He is currently writing a book: No More Tears: Bully-Proofing Your Child.

Dr. Dragan has served as a member of the faculty at Seton Hall University and The College of New Jersey in the departments of Public Administration and Education Administration.
